Overview

Dubbo Regional Council is in the process of updating the 2016 Dubbo Pedestrian Access and Mobility Plan (PAMP) and Bike Plan, along with the 2014 Wellington PAMP, to better reflect current strategic priorities and outcomes from community consultations. The updated plan aims to enhance pedestrian, cyclist access and mobility, promoting health, liveability, and sustainability across the region.

The success of the PAMP depends on the input from our community. We want to understand:

  • What works well to promote walking and cycling in Dubbo and Wellington?
  • What types of infrastructure make walking and cycling safer, more efficient, and comfortable?
  • Which areas do you want to walk or cycle to?
  • Which areas have issues with safety and accessibility for pedestrians and cyclists?

Your insights will help shape the future of pedestrian and cycling infrastructure in our region.

Identify a pathway or cycleway & give feedback

We encourage you to help shape the future of pedestrian and cycling infrastructure by engaging with our interactive mapping tool. Here’s how you can contribute:

  • Identify a Public Location: If you see a public space with opportunities or issues related to walking or cycling, use our mapping tool to highlight it. Moving a marker or entering an address will prompt a survey to appear.
  • Take the Survey: Complete the survey to provide your feedback on the specific area you’ve marked.
  • Vote on Existing Comments: You can also review and vote on comments that others have already submitted.
