A service request must be lodged through the correct channels to ensure your requests for information, action or service matters can be resolved within the immediate future. By lodging your service request through DRC&ME or contacting Customer Experience directly on 6801 4000, your request will be lodged for action.

• an initial request for works or services and/or reporting issues requiring maintenance. For example, a missed bin, pothole or mowing maintenance.
• requests for investigation. For example, leaking water meters, overgrown blocks, unauthorised building and graffiti.
