Macquarie River shared pathway officially opens

We officially opened the shared pathway along the Macquarie River in Dubbo today with the NSW Government.

The pathway provides 330 metres of all abilities access pavement and four cantilevered viewing platforms overlooking the Macquarie River. The project saw Stage 1 of the pedestrian plaza developed, as well as the construction of a new boat ramp and adjacent parking spaces.

We can't wait to see everyone enjoying this amazing asset!

The project was funded by the NSW Public Spaces Legacy Program.
