In accordance with s34 of the Local Government Act 1993, Council proposes to resolve at the Ordinary Council Meeting to be held on 27 May 2025, the following resolution:
1. That upon:
(a) acquisition; and
(b) completion of the public notification provisions under s34 of the Local Government Act 1993,
the following properties are to be classified as “operational land” in accordance with the Local Government Act 1993:
(1) Drainage Reserve – St Brigids Circuit being Lot 160 in DP 1301286
2. That all documentation in relation to this matter be executed under Power of Attorney.
Figure 1 depict the properties the subject of the proposed resolution.

Submissions in relation to the proposed resolution can be submitted by using the submission from below from 4 April 2025 until 9am, 2 May 2025.

Submission Process
In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act 1998, written submissions received by Council containing personal information may be made public when the matter goes before Council for consideration, as it may be included in Council’s Business Papers. Persons have the right to remain anonymous if they so choose by refraining from submitting their personal information, however, the submission may be given less weight in the overall assessment and consideration of the proposal.
