Crown Reserve 84477, Pilchers Reserve

Pursuant to Clause 47A of the Local Government Act 1993 No 30, it is notified that Dubbo Regional Council, Crown Land Manager for Crown Land Reserve 84477, Pilchers Reserve, intends at the expiration of 28 days after the date of this publication of notice, to give consent to a proposal by the Crown Land Manager specified in Schedule 1 hereunder, to grant a Licence in respect of Land specified in Schedule 2 to the Entity as detailed in Schedule 3.

Submissions in writing may be made to Council concerning the proposal within the period not less than 28 days from the date of this publication.

Crown Land Manager – Crown Land Reserve 84477, Pilchers Reserve

Schedule 2

Part of Reserve 84477 at Dubbo being Part Lot 7002 DP 1023461 known as Pilchers Reserve, in the Parish of Warrie, Dubbo, County Lincoln and comprising an area of 9,100m2.

Schedule 3

Crown Lands Act 2016 Licence to Lazy River Holdings Pty Ltd, ABN 97 648 238 859, for a term of four (4) years, commencing 30 March 2025 for the purpose of Access to Vineyard, Irrigation, River Pump and for use of Staff, Clients and Visitors for Organised Events.

Written or electronic submissions are welcome during the public exhibition period from 9am on Friday, 29 August to 9am on Monday, 29 September 2025.

Submission Process

In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act 1998, written submissions received by Council containing personal information may be made public when the matter goes before Council for consideration, as it may be included in Council’s Business Papers. Persons have the right to remain anonymous if they so choose by refraining from submitting their personal information, however, the submission may be given less weight in the overall assessment and consideration of the draft Licence or Lease.
