Overview
Pursuant to Clause 47A of the Local Government Act 1993 No 30, it is notified that Dubbo Regional Council, Land Manager for Crown Land Reserve 89362, Wellington Community Childrens Centre, intends at the expiration of 28 days after the date of this publication of notice to give consent to a proposal by the Crown Land Manager specified in Schedule 1 hereunder, to grant a Lease in respect of Land specified in Schedule 2 to the Entity as detailed in Schedule 3.
Submissions in writing may be made to Council concerning the proposal within the period not less than 28 days from the date of this publication.

Whole of Reserve 89362 at Wellington being Lot 3616 DP 756920 known as Wellington Community Childrens Centre, in the Parish of Wellington, County Wellington.

Crown Lands Act 2016 Lease to Wellington Community Childrens Centre Incorporated for a term of twenty-one (21) years, commencing 1 July 2023 for the purpose of Provision of Educational Services for Kindergarten / Preschool.
Submission Process

Persons have the right to remain anonymous if they so choose by refraining from submitting their personal information, however, the submission may be given less weight in the overall assessment and consideration of the draft Licence.
