Overview

To improve road safety and enhance the durability of the road surface, rehabilitation works have commenced on Eurimbla Road. The project covers a 1 km section, starting 1.4 km from the Mitchell Highway intersection and extending towards Cumnock.

Scope of works includes:

  • 100 mm gravel overlay
  • Stabilising the existing road base to a depth of 200 mm
  • Two-coat bitumen seal.

This project is funded by the NSW Government’s Rural Emergency Road Repair Fund (RERRF).

Works are expected to be completed by 21 October 2025, weather permitting.
