Dubbo Regional Council will be undertaking its annual bitumen Resealing program on urban and rural sealed road networks across Dubbo and Wellington. The program is to commence late November 2023 with a scheduled completion mid-April 2024. Road resealing is a critical infrastructure program aimed at improving and extending the life of our road network.

Residents living or travelling along the roads earmarked for resealing can expect minimal disruptions during the scheduled works. Traffic management including stop-and-go will be on site for the duration. Each work site is expected to be completed within the day, weather permitting.
