Overview
Reconstruction works have been scheduled for Benolong Road Stage 3, covering approximately 1 km from the Bulwarra Drive intersection towards Obley Road.
Scope of Works
The planned works include:
- Full pavement reconstruction
- Upgrading table drains and culverts to improve drainage
- Enhancing road geometry to support safer access for heavy vehicles
These works are expected to be completed by January 2025, weather permitting.
Traffic Management
To ensure safety and minimise disruption, the following traffic management measures will be in place:
- A 60 km/h speed limit throughout the work zone
- One lane will stay open during construction to maintain traffic flow
- Traffic control staff will assist with diverting traffic safely through the site
- Traffic conditions may change as works progress and are subject to updates
