We’re inviting residents of Dubbo Regional Council, Warrumbungle Shire Council, and Narromine Shire Council to help shape the future of local library services. Macquarie Regional Library (MRL) is planning ahead and is seeking community insights to guide priorities through to 2029.
The draft Macquarie Regional Library Strategic Plan 2026–2029 outlines the proposed direction for library services over the next four years. It has been shaped by the valuable feedback gathered through the recent MRL Feedback Survey.
Your ideas and perspectives play an important role in ensuring our libraries continue to grow in ways that reflect and support community needs.
Feedback is open until 9am, Tuesday 24 February 2026.
