Overview
Pursuant to Clause 47A of the Local Government Act 1993 No 30, it is notified that Dubbo Regional Council, Crown Land Manager for Crown Land Reserve D520040, Victoria Park, intends at the expiration of 28 days after the date of this publication of notice, to give consent to a proposal by the Crown Land Manager specified in Schedule 1 hereunder, to grant a Licence in respect of Land specified in Schedule 2 to the Entity as detailed in Schedule 3.
Submissions in writing may be made to Council concerning the proposal within the period not less than 28 days from the date of this publication.

Submission Process
In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act 1998, written submissions received by Council containing personal information may be made public when the matter goes before Council for consideration, as it may be included in Council’s Business Papers. Persons have the right to remain anonymous if they so choose by refraining from submitting their personal information, however, the submission may be given less weight in the overall assessment and consideration of the draft Licence.
