Overview
Pursuant to Clause 46 and 47A of the Local Government Act 1993 No 30, it is notified that Dubbo Regional Council as
- Crown Land Manager for Crown Reserve 120078 (Wellington Golf Course); and
- as Special Leaseholder 70/20 of Lot 315 Deposited Plan 756920 (Wellington Golf Club house lands).
intends that at the expiration of 28 days after the date of this publication of this Notice, to give consent to a Lease in respect of Land specified in Schedule 2 to the Entity as detailed in Schedule 3.
Submissions in writing may be made to Council concerning the proposal within the period not less than 28 days from the date of this publication.

Crown Land Manager – Crown Land Reserve 120078 – Wellington Golf Course, Apsley (Wellington) - Dubbo Regional Council.
And
Special Leaseholder 70/20, Lot 315 Deposited Plan 756920 - Wellington Golf Club house, Apsley (Wellington) – Dubbo Regional Council.
Schedule 2
Part of Reserve 120078 at Apsley (Wellington) being Lot 333 DP 728718 known as the Wellington Golf Course in the Parish of Wellington, County Wellington and comprising of an area of 55.56Ha.
Part of Special Lease 70/2 at Apsley (Wellington) being Lot 315 DP 756920 known as the Wellington Golf Course Club House land in the Parish of Wellington, County Wellington and comprising an area of 6,981 m2.

Crown Land Act 2016 Lease to Wellington Soldiers Memorial Club Limited for a term of ten years, commencing 1 December 2024 for the purpose of a Golf Course and Associated Activities.
Crown Land Act 2016 SubLease to Wellington Soldiers Memorial Club Limited for a term of ten years, commencing 1 December 2024 for the purpose of Sporting, Recreation and Club House Activities.
Submission Process
In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act 1998, written submissions received by Council containing personal information may be made public when the matter goes before Council for consideration, as it may be included in Council’s Business Papers. Persons have the right to remain anonymous if they so choose by refraining from submitting their personal information, however, the submission may be given less weight in the overall assessment and consideration of the draft Licence.
