Overview
Pursuant to Clause 47A of the Local Government Act 1993 No 30, it is notified that Dubbo Regional Council, Crown Land Manager for Crown Land Reserve 96884, at 211 Falls Road Wellington, intends at the expiration of 28 days after the date of this publication of notice, to give consent to a proposal by the Crown Land
Manager specified in Schedule 1 hereunder, to grant a Licence in respect of Land specified in Schedule 2 to the Entity as detailed in Schedule 3.

The whole of Reserve 96884 being Lot 7007 DP 1020742, 211 Falls Road, Wellington in the Parish of Wellington, County Wellington and comprising an area of approximately 3.16 ha.

Crown Lands Act 2016 Short Term Crown Licence to Geoffrey Carl Wilson & Cecily Wilson, for a term of Twelve (12) months, commencing 4 December 2022 for the purpose of Grazing.
